    ZAGRANIS, Rudolph “Rudy” C., 64, CARIBOU, December 5, 2013. Interment will be 11 a.m, Wed., Dec. 11, at the Maine Veterans Cemetery in Caribou.. Arrangements are in the care of Lancaster-Morgan Funeral Home, Caribou.

      CARIBOU – Rudolph “Rudy” C. Zagranis, 64, passed away at his residence on December 5, 2013. He was born on June 23, 1949, in Amesbury, MA, the son of Rudolph and Stella Zagranis.
   American Flag Color  Rudy served his country in the Air Force during the Vietnam War. After his service, he worked for International Paper Company for 19 years and then at the Maine Military Authority for 13 years.
    He is survived by his wife Jane (Johnston) Zagranis of Caribou; a son, Mark Zagranis of Presque Isle; a daughter, Karlyn Zagranis of Caribou; two brothers, John Zagranis and his wife, Janet, of MT, and David Zagranis of MA; a sister, Carol Cameron and her husband, Jack, of MA, two grandchildren that were the love of his life, Rhiannon and Alice and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
    In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Linda.
    Friends called 10 a.m. Monday, December 9, 2013, at Lancaster Morgan Funeral Home, 11 Clover Street, Caribou, where funeral services were held at 11 a.m.  Interment will be 11 a.m, Wednesday, December 11, at the Maine Veterans Cemetery in Caribou.
