MARS HILL, Maine — The After the Bell 5K Fall Foliage Walk/Run was held Saturday, Sept. 28 at Big Rock Mountain. The overall winner was Shane Durost, whose time was 24:00. Janice Wright came in first among females in 27:51. She was sixth overall out of 29 participants.
After Durost, the remainder of the top-10 consisted of Trace Cyr (25:46), Davey Cyr (25:49), Andy Grass (27:18), Frank Couture (28:37), Wright, Bob McHatten (28:17), Courtney Couture (28:37), Amanda Cushman (30:09) and Tonya Alexander (30:12).
Kiddie K participants were Bobbi Guerrette, Jamison Fulton, Carson Cushman, Hailey Falloon, Jazmyn Brown, Anna Durost, Niah Durost and Ethan Cushman.
Proceeds benefited Mars Hill’s After the Bell program.
