PRESQUE ISLE — Eric Warren, owner of Greenmark IT, recently hired two new technicians to better serve customers’ needs.
Jessica Grigsby
She studied at Northern Maine Community College, focusing on computer electronics.
“Joe McLaugh-lin, my instructor, has been one of my biggest supporters. I credit him with where I am now,” said Grigsby, who joined Greenmark in September, after working at Staples for a time.
Grigsby said she enjoys her new position and looks forward to helping customers with their computer needs.
“Customer services is always first over sales. That’s our philosophy here,” said Grigsby. “I’m a PC hardware technician, handling customer service and walk-ins, drop-offs. I handle software cleanup, optimization, etc.”
Grigsby, formerly of Memphis, Tenn., now resides in Presque Isle with her fiance, Jamie Corey, and their two children, 3-year-old Logan and Tiamo Bella, 6.
Tim Levesque,
of Presque Isle, also joined the business in September.
Levesque’s education includes an associate’s degree in computer electronics and an associate’s in computer information systems.
“I worked as an IT specialist with MFX, then as an easy-tech for Staples. From there I served as the tech director for the Easton School System,” said Levesque.
Levesque serves now as a network engineer and also as an Apple/Mac technician.
“It’s all about customer service and doing things right the first time,” said Levesque, who resides in Presque Isle with his wife, Alyssa, and 11-year-old daughter, Kayla.
“Tim handles our high-end clients, with large-scale networks and multiple locations. Jess handles our residential customers,” said Warren. “I’m pleased to have both of them on staff.”
