PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard in the District Court in Presque Isle during the month of July.
• Sean Donovan, 42, Presque Isle: assault, OUI, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed (each); disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $500 fine; violating condition of release, $400 fine; and driving to endanger, $700 fine and 45-day license suspension.
• Dawn D. Dudley, 19, Presque Isle: minor purchasing liquor and minor possessing liquor, $300 fine (each).
• Margo S. Ferrier, 23, Fort Fairfield: keeping dangerous dog, $250 fine.
• George G. Ferris, 25, Presque Isle: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Kalen R. Fox, 23, Easton: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
• Ayana Green, 19, Presque Isle: minor purchasing liquor, $300 fine.
• Thomas Robert Grylka, 19, East Hampton, Conn.: minor possessing liquor, $300 fine; possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz. (two counts), $300 fine (first), dismissed (second).
• Jeffrey A. Hafford, 49, Fort Fairfield: allowing dog to be at-large, $100 fine.
• Glenn A. Heidorn, 42, Caribou: failing to register vehicle, filed on $200 costs.
• Austin Hilton, 24, Limestone: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $103 restitution and 80 hours’ community service.
• Donald J. Hobbs, 36, Presque Isle: criminal mischief, dismissed.
• Jarrod J. Howe, 28, Houlton: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Tomis Hoyt, 24, Fort Fairfield: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Andrew G. Jackson, 31, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service.
• Joshua J. Johnson, 20, Newcastle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Keith Jordan, 35, Castle Hill: keeping unlicensed dog, $100 fine.
• Brentant Lahey, 22, Mars Hill: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $100 fine and 48 hours in jail.
• Erik R. Lamoreau, 33, Easton: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Denis R. Levesque, 59, Madawaska: operating ATV on temporarily closed trail, $100 fine.
• Randy J. Lynds, 50, Monticello: operating vehicle without license, conditional/restriction, $100 fine.
• Brian Malanson, 36, Lydonville, Vt.: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Jannel Martin, 22, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $200 fine.
• Robbi L. McPherson, Jr., 37, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine and $279.76 restitution.
• Gilford Michaud, 77, Madawaska: operating ATV on temporarily closed trail, $100 fine.
• Gary A. Nightingale, 58, Fort Fairfield: reckless conduct, dismissed; and discharging firearm or crossbow near dwelling, $200 fine.
• John K. Perkins, Jr., 26, Skowhegan: violating condition of release, seven days in jail.
• Matthew R. Perreault, 31, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place, $250 fine.
• Stanley Philbrook, 56, Presque Isle: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
• Dale S. Simpson, 44, Castle Hill: probation violation, 45 days in jail and probation partially revoked.
• Warren W. Sirois, 74, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 48 hours in jail (each) and 80 hours’ community service (first).
• Troy J. Soucy, 21, Fort Fairfield: minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.
• Philip E. Sprague, Jr., 49, Fort Fairfield: disorderly conduct, fighting, 48 hours in jail.
• Keith I. Tingley, Jr., 47, Presque Isle: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Christopher M. Tuttle, 26, Presque Isle: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Ralph M. Warner, III, 54, Pownal: possessing fish in violation, dismissed.
• Edward A. Wetherell, 40, Ashland: harassment and criminal trespass, seven days in jail (each).
• Kyle R. Whittier, 24, Presque Isle: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
