CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of June.
• Ryan G. Helstrom, 28, Fort Fairfield: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 364 days in prison, all but 10 days suspended and one-year probation.
• Jeffrey W. Houlton, 37, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail and $280 restitution.
• Samuel J. Ingersoll, 19, Caribou: criminal trespass, five days in jail; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine and $750 restitution.
• Gary Jandreau, 71, St. Francis: assault, four years in prison, all but 30 days suspended, two years’ probation and $500 restitution.
• Troy P. Lausier, 35, Van Buren: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, two years in prison.
• Kenneth D. Leonard, Jr., 43, Millinocket: aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, priors, $1,000 fine and one year in prison; and OUI, no test, prior, $900 fine, 12 days in prison, and three years’ license and registration suspension.
• Sean R. Levasseur, 30, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six years in prison and $24,687.19 restitution.
• Irvin H. Levesque, 46, Blaine: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; and unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, $400 fine, two years in prison, all but 60 days suspended and two years’ probation.
• Michael Libby, 43, Calais: attaching false plates, $150 fine.
• Cari A. Little, 45, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 18 months in prison, all suspended, two years’ probation and $3,804.80 restitution.
• Sean J. McIntyre, 33, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of synthetic hallucinogenics, 28 days in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; misuse of E-911 system and criminal trespass, 48 hours in jail (each).
• Kent L. McLellan, 46, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, dismissed.
• John I. McShea, 59, Fort Fairfield: operating snowmobile under the influence, over 21, $600 fine.
• Anthony Michaud, 27, Caribou: illegal possession of firearm and carrying concealed weapon, dismissed (each).
• Steven M. Michaud, 61, Easton: domestic violence criminal threatening, 60 days in jail; and domestic violence assault, 364 days in prison, all but 60 days suspended and one-year probation.
• John A. Moir, 65, Mars Hill: violating condition of release, 24 hours in jail.
• Chrissy F. Paul, 29, Presque Isle: assault, $400 fine and 10 days in jail; violating condition of release, 10 days in jail; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $56 restitution.
• Joshua M. Pelletier, 24, St. John Plt.: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts) and burglary (three counts), six months in jail (each).
• Timothy Rooney, 28, Fort Fairfield: burglary, 18 months in prison, all but 60 days suspended, one-year probation and $500 restitution; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in prison.
• Jared G. Simonds, 42, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine and 48 hours in jail.
• Nathan P. Sirois, 22, Van Buren: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
• Vicki S. Steggall, 49, Limestone: criminal restraint, nine months in jail, all suspended and one-year probation; assault, $300 fine and burglary, dismissed.
• Cameron K. Tardie, 22, Mapleton: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior (two counts), dismissed (first), $500 fine (second).
• Philip Thompson, 22, Fort Fairfield: allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, 30 days in jail, all suspended and one-year administrative release sentence.
• Keith Irving Tingley, III, 28, Presque Isle: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Jacob Weiss, 24, Westfield: criminal mischief, 30 days in jail.
• Jason Willette, 37, Caribou: domestic violence stalking, priors, six months in jail, all suspended and two years’ probation; and violating condition of release, 45 days in jail.
• John Wright, 35, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, six months in jail, all but 10 days suspended and one-year probation; assault (two counts), $300 fine and 48 hours in jail (each); and violating condition of release, dismissed.
