UMPI alumni race slated
The University of Maine at Presque Isle will host the Alumni and All-Comers 5K Cross Country Race on Sunday, Sept. 15 at 10 a.m.
Participants are encouraged to test their speed and skill to see if they can still dash. The race is open to anyone, but minors will need a signature from a parent or guardian.
Registration takes place at the Park Family Field on the UMPI campus beginning at 8:30 a.m. at the start line. There is no entry fee, but donations to the Owl cross country and track and field programs will be accepted.
