Key names Quinlan manager, Rouse operations supervisor

    PRESQUE ISLE – KeyBank has announced that Michael J. Quinlan has been named branch manager and Rebecca Rouse has been named operations supervisor at the Presque Isle North Street branch.     Quinlan is responsible for maximizing the branch’s productivity, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and managing the employees within the branch. Prior to joining Key, he was manager of Bank of America’s Waterville branch.
    Quinlan earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from Thomas College in Waterville, and his master’s in business administration from the University of Maine at Orono. He is also a certified Notary Public.
    Quinlan resides in Caribou.
    Rouse is responsible for sales and service leadership within the branch, as well as new client acquisition, referrals, and operational and regulatory efficiency. Prior to joining Key, she was head teller for First Citizens Bank, a division of Gardiner Savings Bank.
    Rouse is a certified Notary Public.
    Rouse was born and lives in Presque Isle.
