UMPI alum to serve on mock trial board
FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Attorney Rebecca J. Britton of Britton Law, P.A., has been selected to serve on the National High School Mock Trial Board of Directors.
Britton, who concentrates her practice in personal injury, wrongful death, and medical negligence, has been active with the North Carolina Advocates for Justice High School Mock Trial program since 1992, serving as the Vice President for the North Carolina High School Mock Trial Competition and Regional Coordinator for the competition in Fayetteville.
Britton, who is a former president of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, received undergraduate degree with distinction from University of Maine in Presque Isle and her law degree from Campbell University School of Law in Buies Creek, N.C.
She is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of North Carolina, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
