Carter makes Dean’s List
CEDARVILLE, Ohio — Alex Carter was named to the Cedarville University Dean’s List for the 2013 spring semester. He is a recent graduate with a bachelor’s of science degree in Allied Health.
To be named to the Dean’s List, a student must earn a 3.5 grade point average for the semester and carry at least 12 semester hours.
He is the son of Mark and Debbie Carter of Presque Isle.
Kinney graduates from Eastern Maine CC
BANGOR — Kori Danielle Kinney of Presque Isle graduated May 11 from Eastern Maine Community College, earning an associate of science degree in medical radiography.
She was an honor student, carrying a 3.74 grade-point average, and was also a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.
She is the daughter of Norm Kinney and Tracy Kinney.
Scott receives master’s degree
WILKES-BARRE, Pa. — Anthony Scott of Presque Isle was awarded the Master of Arts in Creative Writing at Wilkes University’s 66th annual spring commencement held May 18.
Some 746 doctoral, master’s and bachelor’s degrees were awarded as Wilkes for the first time held separate commencement ceremonies for graduate and undergraduate students.
