     Andy and Carmen McGlinn are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Laura Marie McGlinn to Bill Douglas Blackstone, son of Murray and the late Roberta Blackstone.
    Laura is a graduate of Presque Isle High School and Northern Maine Community College and is employed at Pines Women and Children’s Center.
    Bill is a graduate of Caribou High School and Northern Maine Community College and is a self-employed potato grower.
    An August 2013 wedding is planned.
