Kristi Doyen, of Mapleton, and Joseph Greaves, of Presque Isle, were married on July 7, 2007.
Kristi is the daughter of Ross and Susan Doyen, of Mapleton. She is a graduate of Presque Isle High School and the University of Maine Orono. She is currently employed with SAD 1. Joseph is the son of John and Bonnie Greaves, of Presque Isle. He is a graduate of Presque Isle High School and the University of Maine Orono.
He is currently employed with Aroostook Plumbing & Heating.
The maids of honor were Liza Doyen of Dover, N.H. and Elizabeth Doyen of Buxton.
The bridesmaids were Christi Doyen of Mapleton; Alicia Stokes of Boston, Mass.; and Jennifer Johnson of Steep Falls. The flower girl was Taylor Doyen of Mapleton.
The best men were Andrew Greaves of Presque Isle and Chad Robertson of Scarborough. The groomsmen were Shawn Doyen of Mapleton, Ben Deschene of Presque Isle and Ryan Graves of Burlington, Vt. The ring bearer was Zachary Burby of Ashland.
The wedding took place at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Presque Isle with Father Raymond Morency officiating.
The reception was held at the Shriner Building in Presque Isle.
The couple went to Bar Harbor after the wedding and are planning on a honeymoon in San Carlos, Mexico, in September.
They reside in Mapleton.
