City Council to hold workshops
PRESQUE ISLE — City Council will hold a goal-setting workshop on Thursday, April 11, beginning at 5 p.m. at City Hall. This meeting will not be televised.
Councilors will meet on Monday, April 29, at 5 p.m. at City Hall for another workshop, looking for ways to cut $200,000 to $300,000 from the budget — the amount necessary to cut to keep the budget balanced, in light of the state’s budget stance on revenue sharing and other proposed cuts to municipalities.
