announces promotions
CARIBOU — The County Federal Credit Union has recognized Laurie Colton, Danielle Michaud and Effie Murchie with promotions for their outstanding service to members and their contributions to the success of The County.

“It is because of employees like Laurie, Danielle and Effie that our credit union is as successful as we are,” said Ken Hensler, president and chief executive officer of the County Federal Credit Union. “Their combined service totals more than 64 years.”
Colton, of Caribou, has been promoted to assistant vice president of loan operations. Colton, who joined the company in 1993 as a part-time teller, today works in the Caribou branch.
Michaud, of Limestone, first joined The County Federal Credit Union at a part-time teller in 1990. After a brief hiatus, she rejoined the credit union and now has been promoted to assistant vice president of collections.
The County Federal Credit Union has promoted Murchie to assistant vice president/branch manager of the Fort Fairfield office. Murchie, who lives in Fort Fairfield, joined The County as a full-time teller in 1992.
“Laurie, Danielle and Effie’s dedication, excellent work ethic and exemplary service to members have earned them the respect of their peers and helped us grow,” said Hensler.
