VOISINE, Betty Jane, 79, WESTFIELD, February 17, 2013. A memorial service will be held 1 p.m., Friday, at the Funeral Home. Arrangements are in the care of Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, Presque Isle.

    WESTFIELD – Betty Jane Voisine,79, passed away early Sunday morning, Feb. 17, 2013, at her residence. She was born in Presque Isle on Feb. 22, 1933, the daughter of Linas and Inez (Haines) Billings.
    Betty worked as a cook at the University of Maine at Presque Isle, and at the Presque Isle Rehab and Nursing Home.
    She is survived by her husband, Delbert of Westfield; two sons, William Gay and Brian Gay of Waterbury, Conn.; three daughters, Joice Reese of New Orleans, LA, Brenda Flanagin of Norridgewock, Robin Luker of Cranston, RI; a brother, Linas “Billy” Billings Jr. of Eagle Lake; three sisters, Avis Chapman of Caribou, Alice Cannon of Dover Foxcroft, and Alberta Viel of Presque Isle; 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
    She was predeceased by a son, Richard Gay Jr.; a daughter, Cathy S. McFarland; two sisters, Dorothy Kinney and Shirley Rogers.
    A memorial service will be held 1 p.m., Friday, at Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, 30 Church St., Presque Isle, with Rev. Larry Palmer officiating. A reception will be held in the funeral home reception area immediately following the service. There will be a gathering for family and friends in the spring.
