CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of September.
• Frederick Bonville Jr., 50, Presque Isle: probation violation, 18 months in prison, probation revoked.
• Todd M. Corey, 44, Presque Isle: criminal threatening, $500 fine and seven days in jail.
• Joey J. Cormier, 28, Van Buren: aggravated criminal mischief, dismissed; and criminal mischief, unconditional discharge.
• Lance L. Cormier, 30, Presque Isle: probation violation, six months in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Christopher R. Cyr, 34, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
• Bethany J. Daniele, 27, Caribou: operating under the influence, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
• Danielle Deprey, 28, New Canada: disorderly conduct, fighting, 96 hours in jail, all suspended, one year administrative release sentence and $705.25 restitution.
• Joshua D. Doughty, 28, Fort Fairfield: domestic violence assault, 364 days in prison, all but 28 days suspended, two years’ probation.
• Katie A. Farris, 31, Ashland: probation violation, seven months in jail, probation revoked; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), six months in jail (each); and violating condition of release, six months in jail.
• Tony Lee Gagnon, 33, Van Buren: theft by receiving stolen property, $1,000 fine, two years in prison, all but 90 days suspended and two years’ probation.
• Amy L. Geroux, 25, Old Town: robbery, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and stealing drugs, dismissed (each).
• Dustin K. Giles, 27, Caribou: operating after habitual offender revocation, $1,500 fine and 30 days in jail; failing to give correct name, address or date of birth, seven days in jail; and OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
• Scott B. Greene, 30, Presque Isle: criminal mischief, dismissed; criminal trespass, 30 days in jail, all but five days suspended, six months administrative release sentence and $50 restitution; and violating condition of release, five days in jail.
• Stacey Griffin, 54, Fort Fairfield: assault, filed on $50 costs.
• Staci Lee Guerrette, 19, St. Agatha: unsworn falsification, dismissed.
• Paul Hafford, 26, Mapleton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal trespass, and criminal mischief, 30 days in jail (each).
• Don W. Hanson, Jr., 32, Presque Isle: theft by receiving stolen property, unlawful possession of hydrocodone, carrying concealed weapon, and loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, dismissed (each).
• Jessica M. Jones, 22, Presque Isle: theft by receiving stolen property, $500 fine and ten days in jail.
• Patrick M. Kelly, 46, Frenchville: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension; and failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, 48 hours in jail and $4,190 restitution.
• Leanne R. Lacombe, 28, Mapleton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, one year in prison, all but 30 days suspended and one year probation.
• Mitchell C. Lamoreau, 30, Smyrna Mills: assault, $500 fine, 10 days in jail and $959.26 restitution; and criminal mischief, dismissed.
• Tiffany Lebron Howlett, 19, Mars Hill: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours in jail and 50 hours’ community service.
• Brian A. Marquis, 28, Frenchville: OUI, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license suspension; and operating while license suspended or revoked (two counts), $500 fine (first), and $250 fine (second).
• Clay A. McNamee, 33, Madawaska: furnishing liquor to a minor (two counts), 364 days in prison (each), all suspended (first) and one year administrative release sentence (each); disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 364 days in prison, all suspended, one year administrative release sentence (each).
• Dakota R. Michaud, 21, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), 178 days in jail (each); and burglary, three years in prison, all but 178 days suspended, two-years’ probation and $11,000 restitution.
• Kegan A. Mitchell, 20, Caribou: failing to stop, remain, provide information, 15 days in jail; driving to endanger (two counts), dismissed (first), $575 fine and 30-day license suspension (second); failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, dismissed; motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over speed limit, 10 days in jail; and OUI, $500 fine, 10 days in jail and 90-day license suspension.
• Duston M. Munsell, 28, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, priors, dismissed.
• Jason Parsons, 34, Presque Isle: unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, dismissed.
• Dorothy A. Pottle, 23, Perry: OUI, dismissed.
• Harold Reynolds, 65, Presque Isle: assault, $300 fine and 50 days in jail; domestic violence assault (two counts), $300 fine and 50 days in jail (first), dismissed (second); terrorizing, 50 days in jail; and violating condition of release (two counts), 50 days in jail (each).
• Daryll I. Sherwood, 62, Fort Fairfield: violating protective order (four counts), six months in jail, all but 30 days suspended, one year administrative release sentence (first, second, fourth), dismissed (third).
• Mayling Silva, 20, Caribou: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), $400 fine (each), 60 days in jail (first), three years in prison, all but 60 days suspended, three years’ probation and $140 restitution; and unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine, $400 suspended and 60 days in jail.
• Mark R. Skidgel, 38, Perham: OUI, dismissed.
• Philip J. Smart, 27, Presque Isle: probation violation, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Robert F. St. Jean, 56, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer; and burglary, dismissed (each).
• Craig V. St. Pierre, 22, Van Buren: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 36 months in prison, all but 90 days suspended, two years’ probation and $1,630 restitution.
• Tracy A. Taylor, 41, N. Smithfield, R.I.: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
• Gregory Toye, 25, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, 60 months in jail, all but 60 days suspended and two years’ probation; burglary, dismissed; and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
• Patrick B. White, 35, Washburn: probation violation, nine months in jail and probation revoked.
• Stephen A. Wierzbowski, 27, East Machias: gross sexual assault, four years in prison, all but 18 months suspended, two years’ probation and $73,812.76 restitution; tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, dismissed; and violating condition of release, one year in prison.
• Dana R. Wilson, 30, Washburn: probation violation, 56 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued; criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, 48 hours in jail (each).
