MORIN, Michael Joseph, 49, INVERNESS, FLORIDA, October 28, 2012. A memorial service will be held in the spring at the Mapleton Baptist Church.

    INVERNESS, FLORIDA – Michael Joseph Morin, 49, passed away October 28, 2012, at Citrus Memorial Hospital, Fla. Michael was the second child of Anita McPherson Morin and Joseph Morin. He was born  on November 2, 1962, in New Britain, CT.
    Michael attended Mapleton and Presque Isle schools and later got his GED. Michael worked in the construction business most of his life and later became an iron worker.
    He is survived by his mother, Anita McPherson Morin of Mapleton; his father, Joseph D. Morin of Amsted, CT; sister, Tracy Morin Berry and husband, Robert of Naples, ME; brother, Jonathan of CT; two children, Cyrus Morin of NY, and Monique Hope Morin of Brewer, ME; and granddaughter, Marissa Farst of Brewer, ME.
    He was predeceased by grandparents, Hope and Linwood McPherson, and Pea and Rose Morin.
    A memorial service will be held in the Spring at the Mapleton Baptist Church. The family request no flowers.
