Dickson marks 20-year milestone

BU-TEMPO Dickson-clr-cx-sharpt-39    PRESQUE ISLE — Lois Dickson, owner of TEMPO, is celebrating 20 years with TEMPO Employment Services. A Fort Fairfield native, Lois moved back to the County from Memphis, Tenn., to accept a position as manager of TEMPO. Lois eventually bought out the three partners of TEMPO, becoming the sole owner.

“Lois’s compassionate personality is what makes her so good at what she does,” said Jennifer Curran, manager of TEMPO. “She wants to help each and every person that walks through our doors. Lois has been a great mentor.”

The length of time Dickson’s staff has worked for her is a testament to the positive working environment she has created. Curran has been employed with TEMPO for 15 years and Suzette da Cruz for 11 years.

“My 20th-year milestone is truly a celebration of the great work environment we all have at TEMPO. It would have been much more difficult without the excellent personnel I have worked with throughout these years. It is our goal at TEMPO to continue helping people find the right job for many years to come,” said Dickson.
