TEMPO Employment Services has met Aroostook County’s employment needs for over 25 years. TEMPO has been a significant contributor to a stronger economy, providing jobs to hundreds of people each year.
A majority of TEMPO’s applicants are looking for employment because they’re recent college graduates, experienced company layoffs or are looking for a new challenge. TEMPO encourages people to not only stay in The County but return here by finding them full-time employment. Owner Lois Dickson said approximately 80 percent of those employed move to full-time, ongoing positions.
TEMPO’s success is attributed to a strong client base and excellent employees. TEMPO works with many of the area’s top employers and also many smaller organizations that are excellent places of employment.
