• David Frankenfield, 40, Albion: failing to wear headgear, $100 fine.
• Bennett H. Gahagan, 25, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail.
• Steven L. Graves, 51, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, $350 fine.
• Kristopher Kyle Guyan, 20, Presque Isle: minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.
• Toby B. Hafford, 35, Allagash: failing to carry license, $100 fine.
• Nicole R. Hall, 24, Mars Hill: cultivating marijuana, $1,100 fine and 72 hours in jail; and violating condition of release, 72 hours in jail.
• He Hu, 51, Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif.: motor vehicle speeding, 30-plus mph over speed limit, $400 fine and 30-day license suspension.
• Keith R. Langley, 22, Limestone: improper ATV noise and fire control devices, $100 fine.
• Donald M. Libby, 80, Fort Fairfield: fishing violation of number, amount, weight or size, $140 fine.
• Landon Lovely, 18, Presque Isle: passing stopped school bus, $250 fine.
• Teri MacFarline, 28, Presque Isle: operating vehicle without license, $250 fine.
• Stephen M. Melbourne, 21, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; and violating condition of release, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail.
• Roderick A. Mette, 48, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
• Justin Michaud, 25, Presque Isle: operating ATV on temporarily closed trail, $200 fine.
• Wayne W. Neely, 31, Fort Fairfield: failing to register vehicle, $100 fine.
• Ralph P. Newcomb, 54, Fort Fairfield: OUI, prior, $700 fine, 10 days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension.
• Scott G. Ouellette, 27, Sinclair: failing to register vehicle, $400 fine.
• Rachel E. Palmer, 20, Washburn: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Ronald K. Parady, Sr., 63, Fort Fairfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
• Stewart Parks, 50, Fort Fairfield: violating condition of release, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail; and harassment, $500 fine and 48 hours in jail.
• Dana S. Patten, 23, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (six counts), five days in jail (first), 60 days in jail (second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth); and burglary of a motor vehicle (five counts), sixty days in jail and $583 restitution (each).
• Angela Pendexter, 26, Washburn: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
• Shena Pineau, 30, Presque Isle: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.
• Cavelle L. Porter, 28, Perth Andover, N.B.: passing stopped school bus, dismissed.
• Michael Provost, 37, Caribou: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Joshua Paul Rand, 25, Chapman: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Victoria L. Rioux, 19, Hamlin: minor transporting liquor, dismissed.
• Jacob M. Rodgers, 21, Fort Fairfield: improper ATV noise and fire control devices, $100 fine.
• Michael Gregory Saucier, 19, Presque Isle: minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.
