Nothing like a little summertime fun for a boy and his puppy. Here, David Abernathy, 8, of Mapleton, enjoys a dip in the family pool with his 3-month-old Labrador retriever puppy, Abbey.
The pair are inseparable, both in and out of the water. Once hesitant to try swimming, David has quickly learned how fun it can be. He’s even learned to do the doggy paddle, thanks to his furry companion.
