Carol-Jean “C-J” McHugh Lougee
LOUGEE, Carol-Jean “C-J” McHugh, 67, COLORADO SPRINGS, CO, June 24, 2012. The funeral service and internment will be private, and there will be no calling hours.
COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Carol-Jean “C-J” McHugh Lougee, 67, lost her fight with lung cancer on Sunday, June 24, 2012, at home. She was born in Caribou, the daughter of Charles Arden McHugh and Arlene King McHugh. C-J graduated from Presque Isle High School in 1962. She received her associate bachelors in paralegal from Manchester Community College in 1991.
She leaves her husband, Raymond E. Lougee of Colorado Springs, CO; three sons: Joseph Lougee and wife, Mary of Falcon, CO, Charles Arden Lougee of San Francisco, CA, and Shawn Lougee of Colorado Springs, CO; four grandchildren: Myles, Alyanna, Kelty and Kaylin Lougee of Falcon, CO; one great-grandchild, Hunter Schoenrock also of Falcon, CO; and her sister, Mary-Ann McHugh of Castle Hill.
C-J dearly loved her family and will be deeply missed.
C-J had been a legal assistant for all her professional life. She was a member of Beta Sigma Phi International Sorority. She was also a lecturer at Saint Bernard Church in Rockville, CT. C-J received the Regional Advisory Council Award for her service to Manchester Community College.
The funeral service and interment will be private, and there will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of C-J Lougee may be made to the Rocky Mountain Cancer Center, 3027 North Circle Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80909.
