Superior Court
CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of January.
* William K. Quirion, 32, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two years in prison and $500 restitution.
* David Sirois, 56, Madawaska: unlawful sexual contact, four years in prison, all but nine months suspended and three years’ probation.
* Eric B. Sirois, 20, Madawaska: theft by receiving stolen property, one year in prison, all but 30 days suspended and two years’ probation; and falsifying physical evidence, 14 days in jail.
* Ryan D. Skidgel, 25, Caribou: hindering apprehension or prosecution, withdrawn; criminal mischief, 30 days in jail; burglary (four counts), nine months in jail (first, second, third), four years in prison, all but nine months suspended, two years’ probation and $4,732.50 restitution (fourth); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (four counts), 30 days in jail (first, second), nine months in jail (third, fourth).
* Jennifer Sock, 27, Presque Isle: probation violation, 60 days in jail and probation revoked.
* Walter P. Stewart, 51, Presque Isle: reckless conduct, two years in prison.
* Dennis J. Tardie, 24, Mapleton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal trespass, 30 days in jail (each).
* Matthew Tardie, 22, Ashland: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, eight months in jail, all but 60 days suspended and one-year probation; and criminal mischief, 60 days in jail.
* Kevin Thibodeau, 29, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, nine months in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, six months in jail; and failing to provide correct name, address, date of birth, three months in jail.
* Jeremy R. Trotter, 25, Easton: violating condition of release, 60 days in jail; aggravated cultivating marijuana, five to 100 plants, $400 fine and one year in prison; and aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, $400 fine, eight years in prison, all but four years suspended and three years’ probation.
* Brian K. Turcotte, 34, Warren: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 90 days in jail and $500 restitution (first), dismissed (second).
* Jasen Turcotte, 35, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine and $500 restitution.
* Kimberly J. Vangel, 43, Mars Hill: aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, $400 fine and one year in prison.
* Patrick B. White, 35, Washburn: probation violation, six months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
* Jay D. Whitmore, 20, Houlton: probation violation, one year in prison, probation revoked.
* William H. Wright, 19, Limestone: unlawful sexual contact (three counts), dismissed (first, third), nine months in jail, all but 90 days suspended and one-year administrative release sentence (second); assault (two counts), $300 fine and 90 days in jail (each).
* Jerry D. York, 27, Mars Hill: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release, dismissed (each).
