MICHAUD, Sylva R. Lou, 79, of Presque Isle died July 14, 2007 at a Presque Isle health care facility. A private celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are in the care of Duncan-Graves Funeral Home.     PRESQUE ISLE – Sylva R. “Lou” Michaud, 79, died July 14, 2007 with his loving family at his side at a Presque Isle health care facility.  He was born June 15, 1928 in St. Agatha, the son of Olivier and Ozithe (Raymond) Michaud.  Sylva worked for many years at Great Northern Paper Company operating heavy equipment.  He belonged to the Elks lodge in Augusta and a member of the Ashland Fish and Game Club.  He loved to play Bingo as well as lottery tickets.  Sylva had a love for nature and was an avid outdoorsman spending much time fishing, hunting, or just simply mowing his lawn.  He is survived by his loving wife of fifty years Geraldine “Geri” (Dubay) Michaud of Presque Isle, a son Allan L. Michaud of Wenatchee, Washington, three daughters, Gayle M. Michaud and Brenda L. Michaud both of Presque Isle, Lisa M. Ellis and her husband Clyde of Burlington Washington, three grandchildren, Staci M. Michaud of Quincy, Mass. Christopher D. Howard of Daytona Beach, Fl, Travis D. Howard of Everett, Washington, a sister Rita Guerrette of Topsham, and several nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents he was predeceased by numerous brothers and sisters.
