STARRING ROLE — Zach Fowler, left, has one of the lead roles in “Coyote on a Fence,” the spring 2012 Theatre UMF production at the University of Maine at Farmington. Written by Bruce Graham, “Coyote on a Fence” is set in a prison in the Southeast where two men, convicted and sentenced to death, await their fate. Fowler, who plays John Brennan, is a 2009 graduate of Presque Isle High School where he performed in such plays as “Calamity Jane,” “Fiddler on the Roof” and “Seussical.” Performances of “Coyote on a Fence” will take place at 7:30 p.m. March 15-17 and 2 p.m. March 18 in the UMF Alumni Theater. Taking the stage alongside Fowler is student Austin Hayes.
