Rotary exchange deadline near
PRESQUE ISLE — The Presque Isle Rotary Club, in collaboration with District 7810, New Brunswick and the eastern part of Maine, is looking for local young professionals between the ages of 25 to 40 interested in being part of a Rotary Group Study Exchange to India, which will take place this year from late October to late November.
During those four weeks, four chosen individuals, along with their Rotarian team leader, will visit different cities and the countryside northeast of Mumbai, discover their diverse culture and institutions, and also observe how their vocations are practiced abroad.
The Rotary Foundation provides for round-trip air travel and the hosting Rotarians will provide for meals, lodging and group travel within their district. The selected individuals are expected to cover their own personal expenses, passport, travel insurance and vaccinations, if required.
