Animal lovers deserve a medal
To the editor:
This is in response to the article about Pooh Bear in the Star-Herald written by Christine Robinson.
What a sad and joyous story. I don’t know who they are, but I know what they are — they are the most caring, wonderful and kind-hearted people. They deserve a medal for having taken Pooh Bear. Poor little guy!
Hat’s off to those people who have hearts of gold. They are truly amazing, not many would have done what they did! Pooh Bear certainly won the lottery when they adopted him.
We need more people like them. What a great world it would be for the animals. We need animal lovers — not animal abusers!
