PI swimmers top WA
PRESQUE ISLE — The Presque Isle High School swim team wrapped up their home schedule for the year with a win over Washington Academy. The boys’ score was Presque Isle 64, Washington Academy 23. The girls’ score was Presque Isle 74, Washington Academy 18.

Erica Hemphill qualified for the state meet and set a school record in the 100-yard backstroke. She also qualified in the 200-yard freestyle. Nate DeWitt qualified in the 50-yard freestyle.
