Wildcat swimmers qualify for state meet
PRESQUE ISLE — The Presque Isle High School swim team on Saturday lost to the visiting Old Town swimmers, 55-37 for the girls and 53-38 for the boys. On the bright side, several Wildcat swimmers qualified in different events for the state meet.

Issac Estey qualified for states in 100-yard boys butterfly and 200 individual medley. Erikka Murley qualified for states in 200-yard individual medley and 100-yard butterfly. Erica Hemphill qualified for states in 50-yard freestyle and 100-yard butterfly. Grace Short qualified for states in 100-yard breaststroke.
