WALT ELISH, who resigned his seat on City Council due to relocating to Colorado, was honored during the city of Presque Isle’s first recognition dinner.
Elish was presented with an engraved chair for his years of service to the community. Pictured seated in his new chair is Elish, joined by City Manager Jim Bennett and Council Chair Emily Smith.
