Superior Court
CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of July.
• Shaun P. Cyr, 34, Presque Isle: unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, dismissed.
• Kevin Delisle, 38, Presque Isle: assault, $600 fine.
• Richard A. Desmond, 41, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, dismissed; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail.
• Jason Dunham, 42, South Easton, Mass.: assault, $300 fine; and sexual abuse of minor, dismissed.
• Troy Allen Foster, 38, Blaine: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine and 60 days in prison.
• Autumn R. Fox, 28, Presque Isle: violating condition of release and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, dismissed (each).
• Shane Lee Graves, 21, Fort Fairfield: burglary, 18 months in prison, all but 155 days suspended and two years’ probation.
• Arthur R. Gray, 53, Easton: burglary, 60 days in jail.
• Arthur R. Gray, 21, Easton: robbery, violating condition of release and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 60 days in jail (each); burglary, two years in prison, all but 60 days suspended and two years’ probation; and assault, $300 fine and 60 days in jail.
• Karyn L. Hemingway, 23, Blaine: stealing drugs (two counts), dismissed (each).
