• William S. Hacker, 61, Presque Isle: criminal mischief, $500 fine and $725.28 restitution; and driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension.
• Dillon Hadfield, 18, Mapleton: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
• Jeffery A. Hafford, 47, Fort Fairfield: allowing dog to be at-large, $300 fine.
• Chad M. Hamilton, 22, Presque Isle: fishing without valid license, $100 fine.
• Joshua E. Hawksley, 20, Mars Hill: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $500 fine.
• Daniel Christopher Higgins, 67, Portage: operating while license suspended or revoked, OUI, filed on $800 costs and dismissed; and failing to extinguish fire, $100 fine.
• Lucas D. Higgins, 24, Mapleton: violating condition of release, $250 fine.
• Wayne W. Holmes, 64, Mapleton: allowing minor to operate ATV in violation, $100 fine.
• Milton Jandreau, 67, Ashland: operating unregistered ATV, $200 fine.
• Bobbie Jo Johnston, 30, Fort Fairfield: allowing dog to be at-large, $100 fine.
• Dale A. Johnston, 67, Limestone: operating watercraft under influence over 21, $400 fine.
• Joel Anthony Kennedy, 45, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service; and possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $500 fine.
• Richard M. Kinney, 41, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $400 fine.
• Stephanie Lee, 27, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 25 hours’ community service; and domestic violence assault, dismissed.
• Greg Libby, 34, Ashland: fishing without valid license, $100 fine.
• Taylor K. Lovely, 24, Mapleton: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $150 fine.
• Jaime L. Lynch, 34, Fort Fairfield: allowing dog to be at-large, $100 fine.
• Honey Divine McKenney, 32, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $250 fine.
• Stacy R. Meister, 30, Bangor: advance baiting for fish, $100 fine.
• Travis B. Michaud, 20, Presque Isle: fishing without valid license, $100 fine.
• Doug M. Morin, 27, Gray: littering, $100 fine.
• Kurt G. Parks, 48, Fort Fairfield: operating vehicle without license, conditional/restriction, $200 fine; and violating condition of release, $250 fine.
• Gene Pelkey, 45, Presque Isle: protective order from harassment violation, $250 fine.
• Christopher T. Pike, 20, Guilford: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension; violating condition of release, $250 fine and 24 hours in jail; and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.
• Julie R. Rediker, 38, Bangor: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $1,000 fine.
• Patrick K. Rocheleau, 43, Amity: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and one-year license suspension.
• Robert J. Santos, 20, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine.
• Kassandra A. Scott, 22, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; and violating condition of release, $750 fine.
• James Shaw, 24, Easton: criminal conspiracy, 30 days in jail and $2,259.37 restitution.
• Joshua G. Spittle, 24, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine and $29.99 restitution.
• Angela Steeves, 39, Presque Isle: motor vehicle speeding, 30-plus mph over speed limit, dismissed.
• Michael Stiggle, 41, Blaine: littering, 15 hours’ community service.
• William Michael Sullivan, 23, Ashland: operating/permitting operation unregistered motorboat, $100 fine.
• Timothy Sytsma, 47, Presque Isle: attaching false plates, $100 fine.
• Angela K. Tynes, 47, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
• Randy L. Willard, Jr., 27, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, five days in jail; and operating while license suspended or revoked, OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail and one-year license suspension.
• Ryan John Willette, 31, Fort Fairfield: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
• Shawn P. Withington, 35, Presque Isle: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine; and operating unregistered ATV, $200 fine.
• Daniel C. York, 24, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine.
