• Robin L. Belanger, 48, Fort Fairfield: probation violation, 48 hours in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
• Steven Felix Bouchard, 22, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail.
• Jeffrey Brian Boyce, 43, Presque Isle: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Chad E. Brewer, 33, Blaine: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Jacob A. Buck, 18, Mapleton: possessing fish in violation, $90 fine.
• Jared B. Buck, 22, Mapleton: possessing fish in violation, $90 fine.
• Caron’s Lawn & Property Maintenance, Presque Isle: rule violation unsafe/defective vehicle, $500 fine.
• Gabriel L. Cheney, 22, Castle Hill: possessing fish in violation, $140 fine.
• Joshua D. Churchill, 20, Fort Fairfield: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine; and possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Martin D. Clark, 54, Portage: domestic violence assault, not guilty; and violating condition of release, $500 fine and 30 days in jail.
• Todd M. Condon, 47, Ashland: refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, $200 fine.
• Aaron J. Conroy, 31, Presque Isle: operating under the influence, prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension.
• Echo Nicole Crouse, 20, Presque Isle: violating condition of release (two counts), dismissed (first) and $150 fine (second).
• Matthew D. Crouse, 37, Blaine: permitting unaccompanied person under 16 to operate ATV, $100 fine.
• Heidi M. Cyr, 41, Presque Isle: permitting unaccompanied person under 16 to operate ATV, $100 fine.
• Tammy A. Cyr, 37, Fort Fairfield: operating vehicle without license, filed on $190 costs and dismissed.
• Gaige Dickinson, 21, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, $500 fine; refusing to sign criminal summons and obstructing public ways, 24 hours in jail (each); violating condition of release (two counts), five days in jail (first) and $250 fine and 48 hours in jail (second); disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $200 fine; and possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Nicholas W. Dickinson, 28, Mapleton: operating unregistered ATV, $200 fine.
• Jerson M. Dinis, 21, Fort Kent: minor transporting liquor, 30-day license suspension.
• Eric W. Dobbins, 32, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, burglary of a motor vehicle and violating condition of release, 15 days in jail (each).
• Colby L. Doucette, 20, Presque Isle: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
• Eric S. Dufresne, 20, Presque Isle: minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.
• Robert R. Dunham, 27, Presque Isle: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Daniel Ferranti, 21, Caribou: driving to endanger, not guilty; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, five days in jail and 30-day license suspension; attaching false plates, $100 fine; and operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
• Kyle B. Flint, 46, Mars Hill: failing to register vehicle, $150 fine.
• Ethan Garrison, 21, Mars Hill: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Amber L. Getchell, 19, Presque Isle: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Jose A. Gonzalez, 43, Kissimmee, Fla.: rule violation operating after disqualified, $500 fine.
• Lawrence B. Good, Jr., 56, Mapleton: violating protective order, $250 fine.
• Joanne Goslin, 74, Presque Isle: protective order from harassment violation (two counts), filed on $100 costs (first) and filed without costs (second).
