Former bowling alley owner will miss PI
To the editor:
With the loss of my dear husband, Dick, I find that I must leave Aroostook County and move to Texas, where I will be close to my two children.
It is with a sad heart that I say good-bye to all the dear friends I made since moving here in 1976 and my bowlers who supported me and gave me twelve years of happiness in the operation of the Astrobowl Lanes.
My thanks to all my neighbors on the Chapman Road who were always there for me when I needed them. I will miss this beautiful green country, but most of all I will miss all of you. Good-by and God bless you.
