Soccer season tickets
Season tickets for the 2012 Presque Isle High School boys and girls junior varsity and varsity soccer seasons are on sale at the athletics office at PIHS.
Tickets are $30. Offices hours are from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Please call 764-6507 for more information.
The second annual Allan R. Shaw Memorial Golf Tournament will be held on Friday, August 19th at the Aroostook Valley Country Club in Fort Fairfield.
Registration will begin at 10 a.m. with a shotgun start at 11 a.m. A social hour and dinner will follow beginning at 4 p.m. Cash prizes will be awarded to the winning team, women’s and men’s closest to the pin and longest drive and raffle prizes will include golf gear, gift cards and Red Sox tickets.
Established in 2010, the Allan R. Shaw Memorial Foundation provides an annual scholarship to a deserving Presque Isle High School student in memory of Allan Shaw.

Washburn fall soccer
Soccer for grades k-1 will be starting on Tuesday, Aug. 23 at 5:15 p.m. until 6 p.m. Soccer for grades 2-3 will be on Thursday, Aug. 25 at 5:15 p.m. until 6 p.m. and for grades 4-6 on Wednesday, Aug. 24 from 5:15 p.m. until 6 p.m. This year the soccer field will be located on the boys baseball field.
