    Leland R. Alger, Jr, 23, of Masardis, hunting from stand or blind overlooking deer bait. Fined $100.
    Craig W. Allen, 20,  of Presque Isle, minor possessing liquor. Fined $200.
    John F. Bartlett, 36, of Presque Isle, operating under the influence, with one prior charge. Fined $700, sentenced to seven days in jail, and license suspended for 18 months. Also charged with operating while license was suspended or revoked. Fined $300.
    Heather M. Berry, 25, of Ashland, possession of fireworks. Fined $100.
    Fred R. Bird, 23, of Presque Isle, furnishing liquor to a minor. Fined $500.
    Travis Wayne Blair, 34, of Ashland, use of artificial light to illuminate wild animals. Fined $200.
    Denver W. Bramble, 57, of Maugerville, operating an unregistered snowmobile. Fined $100.
    Robert C. Burchett, 23, of Presque Isle, sale and use of drug paraphernalia. Fined $300.
    James F. Campbell, 39, of Presque Isle, criminal trespass. Filed with costs of $100.
    Robert M. Chalou, 18, of Easton, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Dismissed, pled other charge. Also, criminal mischief, fined $400 and mandated to pay restitution of $175.
    Kyle Stephen Chapman, 19, of Presque Isle, operating a snowmobile on a public way. Fined $100.
    Eric K. Charette, 23, of Presque Isle, possessing imitation drugs. Fined $200.
    Thomas Churchill, 18, of Presque Isle, minor possessing liquor. Fined $200.
    James Cirell, 18, of Presque Isle, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Fined $100.
    Brian D. Cloukey, 43, of Presque Isle, violating protective order. Fined $300 and sentenced to 15 days in jail. Also, charged with a second count of violating protective order and sentenced to 15 days in jail.
    April M. Copley, 22, of Presque Isle, operating while license suspended or revoked. Fined $250.
    Brian N. Craig, 38, of Turner, operating a snowmobile left of center. Fined $100.
    Megan Cullen, 19, of Mapleton, operating while license suspended or revoked. Fined $250.
    Brian Curtis, 20, of Mars Hill, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Fined $500.
    Richard Curtis, 45, of Presque Isle, failure to provide and display registration. Fined $50.
    Berthol J. Daigle, 61, of Libson, failure to provide and display registration. Fined $100.
    Jordan Davis, 20, of Easton, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Dismissed, pled other charge. Also, one count of criminal mischief, fined $400 and restitution of $175.
    Cary Dean, 36, of Warren, failure to provide and display registration. Fined $100.
    Melissa A. Demerchant, 21, of Presque Isle, minor possessing liquor. Fined $200.
    Timothy Dewitt, 18, of Fort Fairfield, attaching false plates. Fined $100.
    Matthew Doughty, 38, of Fort Fairfield, operating under the influence. Fined $500, sentenced to jail for 48 hours, stayed, and license suspended for 90 days. Also, violating condition of release. Fined $250 and sentenced to 48 hours in jail, stayed.
    Steven T. Dow, Jr., 24, of Houlton, two counts of violating protective order. Fined $200 and sentenced to 48 hours in jail, stayed, on each count.
    Tracy L. Drost, 41, of Presque Isle, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior. Fined $500.    
    John J. Dzierzynski, 61, of Blaine, passing a stopped school bus. Fined $250.
    Larry A. Easler, 30, of Washburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Bail and pleading.
    Mark A. Farley, 29, of Fort Fairfield, operating while license suspended or revoked. Fined $250.
    Bryon Farrin, 51, of Augusta, violating snowmobile noise level limits. Fined $100.
    Travis W. Ferris, 28, of Mars Hill, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior. Fined 500. Also, operating under the influence, with one prior. Fined $700, sentenced to jail for seven days, stayed, and license suspended for 18 months. Also, failing to make oral or written accident report, dismissed, pled other charge.
    Autumn R. Fox, 24, of Lisbon Falls, fishing without a valid license. Fined $90.
    Daniel E. Gamache, 48, of Easton, one count of assault and one count of obstructing the report of a crime. Both charges dismissed, pled other charge. Also, one count of disorderly conduct, fined $300.

    Dustin W. Gerow, 18, of Clinton, violating snowmobile noise level limits. Fined $100.
    Jake W. Gibbons, 22, of Bridgton, violating snowmobile noise level limits. Fined $100.

    Darrell Gullison, 67, of Fredericton, operating an unregistered snowmobile. Fined $100.

    Adam J. Henderson, 23, of Woodland, operating under the influence. Fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours in jail, license suspended 90 days. Also, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior. Fined $500 and sentenced to five days in jail.

    Craig M. Holm, 18, of Searsport, operating under the influence. Dismissed, pled other charge. Also, driving to endanger, fined $575 and license suspended 30 days.

    James C. Law, 37, of Presque Isle, possession of marijuana. Fined $350.
    Floyd R. Legassie, 58, of Presque Isle, failure to comply with sex offender registration act, first offense. Fined $250. Also, violating condition of release. Dismissed, pled other charge.
    Timothy P. Levesque, 22, of Fort Fairfield, two counts of operating under the influence. Fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 90 days and 50 hours of community service within for one count; fined $500, license suspended 90 days and 50 hours of community service within on the other. Also, violating condition of release. Sentenced to 48 hours in jail.
    Troy M. Marchant, 19, of Presque Isle, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Dismissed, pled other charge. Also, criminal mischief. Fined $400 and restitution of $175.
    Nicholette Martin, 24, of Presque Isle, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior. Fined $500 and 50 hours of community service.
    Jeffrey McDaniel, 42, of Ellsworth, criminal threatening. Fined $300.

    David M. McLean, 20, of Presque Isle, violating condition of release. Sentenced to 24 hours in jail. Also, theft by unauthorized use of property. Fined $250. Also, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior. Fined $500 and 50 hours of community service. Also, minor possessing liquor. Dismissed, pled other charge. Also, sale and use of drug paraphernalia. Fined $300.
    Randolph S. Michaud, 43, of Mapleton, hunting deer after having killed one. Dismissed, pled other charge. Also, rule violation. Fined $1,000.

    Sandra Nadeau, 42, of Presque Isle, OUI. Fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours in jail, stayed, and license suspended 90 days.

    Jeffrey A. Nickerson, 45, of Presque Isle, OUI. Fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours in jail and license suspended 90 days. Also, violating condition of release, sentenced to 48 hours in jail.
    Jeri R. Nightingale, 23, of Fort Fairfield, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Fined $300.
    Pauline Ouellette, 53, of Caswell, violating condition of release. Sentenced to 5 days in jail.

    Seth D. Rivera, 20, of Old Town, motor vehicle speeding, 30-plus miles per hour over speed limit. Filed with costs of $100.
    James A. Rochelle, II, 22, of Presque Isle, operating unregistered snowmobile. Fined $100.
    Andrea L. Saliva, 26, of Presque Isle, operating while license suspended or revoked. Fined $250.
    Dean Sargent, 28, of Houlton, forgery. Dismissed, pled other charge. Also, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Fined $200 and restitution of $30.
    Brenda L. Saucier, 46, of Fort Fairfield, criminal trespass. Filed with costs of $100.
    Jim M. Shields, 43, of Presque Isle, criminal trespass. Sentenced to 28 hours in jail.
    Heather Simon, 20, of Caribou, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Fined $200 on both counts.
    Jennifer Sock, 23, of Presque Isle, two counts of violating condition of release. Sentenced to five days in jail on each count. Also, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs. Fined $400. Also, possession of marijuana. Fined $350.
