WEST CHAPMAN – Audrey L. Fraliex, 77, passed away on Saturday morning, July 9, 2011, at a Caribou healthcare facility. She was born on Sept. 29, 1933, in Chapman, the daughter of Harold and Elsie (Pendexter) Archer.
Audrey enjoyed cooking, canning, shopping and going for long rides. She loved blue grass music and enjoyed attending blue grass festivals.
She is survived by a son, Troy Fraliex and his wife, Brandy of Fort Fairfield; two daughters: Peggy Brown of Mapleton, and Sandy Craine and her companion, Sid Duncan of Presque Isle; four grandchildren: Steve Brown and his wife, Terri of Milford, Stacey Baker and her husband, Ryan of Bangor, Jonathan and Christian Guimond of Fort Fairfield; six great-grandchildren: Braydon and Logan Brown, Kayla and Riley Hamel, Natalie and Nathan Baker; a sister, Lois Archer of Mapleton.
Audrey was predeceased by her husband, Steve Fraliex in 1989; two brothers: Edward and Wilford Archer; and a sister, Phyllis Archer.
A graveside service will be held 1 p.m., Saturday, July 23, 2011, at Southside Cemetery, Mapleton, with Pastor Nathan Gardiner officiating.
