DISTRICT COURT

    The following cases were among those administered by the Presque Isle District Court through February 28, 2007.
    Jeff Hartley, 18, of Mars Hill, criminal attempt. Fined $150. Also, criminal mischief, fined $200 and restitution $200.
    Robert A. Heath, 47, of Sherman Mills, missing or broken brake components. Fined $100.
    Tammy L. Hersey, 42, of Fort Fairfield, keeping a dangerous dog. Fined $250 and restitution $100.30.
    Jeff S. Higgins, 42, of Fort Fairfield, possession of marijuana. Fined $350.
    Travis Hovey, 19, of Bingham, minor possessing liquor. Fined $200.
    Jay Jackson, 25, of Presque Isle, assault. Fined $300; sentenced to 60 days in jail, all but 48 hours suspended, stayed; and probation for two years. Also, criminal mischief, sentenced to 48 hours in jail, stayed.
    Jonathan W. Jalbert, 25, of Presque Isle, operating while license suspended or revoked. Fined $400.
    Landon Larsen, 26, of Presque Isle, violating protective order. Sentenced to 15 days in jail, stayed. Also, violating condition of release, sentenced to 15 days in jail, stayed.
    Stephen C. Levesque, 38, of Mars Hill, violating condition of release. Fined $200 and sentenced to five days in jail. Also, two counts of violating protective order, fined $200 and sentenced to five days in jail for each count.
    Ronald G. Livings, 50, of Enterprise, Ala., 14-hour operation rule violation. Fined $250.
    Bryon E. Lomax, 42, of Augusta, Ga., duty status not current. Fined $250.
    Lisa A. Lovely, 39, of Westfield, three counts of operating while license suspended or revoked (OLS), and violating condition of release. Fined $250 on the first OLS charge, fined $500 and 50 hours community service on the second OLS charge, and third OLS charge was dismissed. Sentenced to 24 hours in jail on the condition of release violation.
    Rick C. McKenzie, 27, of Presque Isle, operating an ATV on public way. Fined $200.
    Michael T. Miller, 18, of Caribou, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Fined $200.
    David J. Moreau, 33, of Presque Isle, failure to pay handicap parking ticket. Fined $150.
    Jill A. Nickerson, 19, of Presque Isle, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.
    Jason S. Page, 29, of Ashland, operating after registration suspended. Fined $200.
    Joshua Parady, 23, of Fort Fairfield, violating condition of release. Sentenced to five days in jail.
    Phillip M. Pierce, 27, of Presque Isle, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Dismissed.
    Angelena C. Quirion, 25, of Fort Fairfield, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor. Fined $500. Also, operating while license suspended or revoked prior, Dismissed.
    Linda Richards, 57, of Fort Fairfield, two counts of protective order from harassment violation. Both counts filed with no costs.
    Leo Rideout, 41, of Fort Fairfield, operating unregistered snowmobile. Fined $100.
    Randy E. Robbins, 47, of Mapleton, failure to register vehicle. Fined $200.
    Chad Seeley, 32, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior. Fined $600.
    Vanninnia K. Small, 36, of Presque Isle, allowing a dog to be at large. Fined $50.
    Craig A. Smith, 33, of Easton, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident. Permanent transfer.
    Eugene O. Sperry, 22, of Ashland, operating after registration suspended. Fined $200.
    Ronald S. Stone, Jr., 50, of Cushing, hunting without valid license. Fined $100.
    Brandon C. Sutherland, 24, of Easton, operating vehicle without license. Fined $250.
    Debra K. Usher, 48, of Castle Hill, operating under the influence. Fined $500, license suspended 90 days.
    Roy Wight, 29, of Belfast, violating snowmobile noise level limits. Fined $100.
    Jason Woodworth, 20, of Mars Hill, minor possessing liquor. Dismissed.
    Jerry York, 22, of Easton, operating while license suspended or revoked. Fined $250.
