Sherman promoted
AUGUSTA — Major General John W. Libby, the adjutant general, Maine National Guard, has announced the promotion of Kevin Sherman, of Presque Isle, to the rank of sergeant with Detachment 1, 185th Engineer Support Company, Maine Army National Guard. Sgt. Sherman was promoted in August.
