PRESQUE ISLE – Lois Pauline Greenleaf, 92, wife of the late Herman Greenleaf, died October 25, 2010, at a Houlton health care facility.
She was born March 21, 1918, in Washburn, the daughter of Ernest and Myrth (Stairs) Tingley. She had been employed at Loring Air Force Base as a Civil Service employee for many years until her retirement. Pauline and her husband spent many happy times traveling and visiting interesting places.
She is survived by a brother, Keith I. Tingley of Mass; two sisters, Jean E. Simpson and her husband, Bill of Presque Isle, and Eska A. Currier of Georgia; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services was conducted 1 p.m. Friday, at Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, 30 Church St., Presque Isle, with Pastor Bud Fancy officiating. Relatives and friends called at the funeral home from noon until the time of the service. Interment was in Evergreen Cemetery in Caribou. Online condolences may be made at www.duncan-graves.com
