Fort business honored with gold award
FORT FAIRFIELD – United Insurance the Transportation Division is pleased to announce that Scott Transportation of Fort Fairfield has received the “Gold” Award as presented by Great West Casualty Co. as part of the 2009 National Safety Awards program.
The National Safety Awards program recognizes carriers in similar operations (truckload and less than truckload) with awards based on their year-end preventable accident results.
“On behalf of everyone here at Scott Transportation, we are greatly honored to receive the Gold National Safety Award for 2009,” said Tom Rochford, operations manager of Scott Transportation. “We take great pride in our safety program and we hope to be in the running for next year’s safety awards.”
