CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of June.
Allyson N. Adams, 23, Caribou: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Christopher Albert, 34, Fort Kent: terrorizing, filed without costs; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail, all suspended; operating under the influence, $500 fine, 30 days in jail, all suspended, 90-day license suspension; and disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, 30 days in jail, all suspended.
William P. Anthony, Sr., 46, Bridgewater: criminal trespass, filed on $100 costs and violating condition of release, $100 fine.
Jennifer L. Ayotte, 27, Palmyra: probation violation, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Amy Bouchard, 24, Limestone: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine and 15 days in jail.
Robert D. Brock, 48, Presque Isle: failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $400 fine.
Preston A. Bull, 25, Washburn: sexual abuse of a minor (two counts), 30 days in jail (each); furnishing liquor to a minor (two counts), $1,000 fine and 30 days in jail (first), $500 fine (second); domestic violence assault, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release (four counts), dismissed (first, third, fourth), $100 fine (second); operation of defective vehicle, dismissed; tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, three years in prison, all but six months suspended and two years’ probation; and unlawful sexual touching, 364 days in prison, all suspended, one-year probation.
Robert Aaron Carney, 24, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, $500 fine and 90 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 90 days in jail; burglary, two years in prison, all but 90 days suspended, two years’ probation and $439 restitution; violating condition of release, 60 days in jail; and criminal mischief, 60 days in jail.
Dean R. Carson, 51, Fort Fairfield: probation violation, no sentence imposed.
Seth P. Castonguay, 19, Van Buren: criminal mischief, 10 days in jail.
Casey D. Clayton, 23, Caribou: probation violation, two years in prison, probation revoked.
Nicholas Coburn, 21, Washburn: criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, dismissed.
Eric A. Day, 25, Bangor: criminal mischief, six months in prison; burglary, nine months, one day in prison; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in prison; and criminal forfeiture of property, forfeiture.
