CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of May.
Amanda Sam, 20, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine.
Larry A. Sawyer, 39, Fort Fairfield: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
Michael R. Schmeltz, 19, Lynn, Mass.: obstructing report of crime, criminal mischief, burglary, robbery and aggravated assault, six months in jail (first), three months in jail (second), 12 months in jail (third), six year in jail all but 12 months suspended, three years’ probation and $1,200 restitution (fourth), and 12 months in jail (fifth).
Joseph Sears, 40, Woodland: violating condition of release, filed without costs.
Lisa Shorey, 43, Monmouth: eluding an officer, dismissed.
Charlene Skidgel, 55, Caribou: unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine, two years in prison all but 30 days suspended and two years’ probation.
Ermin S. Skidgel, 66, Caribou: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, two years in prison all but 30 days suspended and two years’ probation, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, dismissed.
Robert J. Smith, 53, Van Buren: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine and assault, dismissed.
Timmy R. Soucie, 42, Eagle Lake: domestic violence assault, filed without costs.
Kathi R. Sylvia, 47, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine and domestic violence assault, dismissed.
George D. Tamburello II, 24, Limestone: probation violation, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Susan G. Tardif, 51, Blaine: violating condition of release, $250 fine.
Jeffrey A. Thibodeau, 34, Mars Hill: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 18 months in prison.
Kruger B. Tyler, 22, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
Jason A. Underwood, 34, Hoyt: driver uses or in possession of drugs, filed on $350 costs.
Shawn M. Wallace, 29, Caribou: unlawful possession of oxycodone, $640 fine, 24 months in prison all but 30 days suspended and two years’ probation.
Jessie J. White, 31, Perham: aggravated assault, withdrawn.
Eileen P. Winfrey, 40, Madawaska: driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30day license suspension, OUI, dismissed.
