PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard in the District Court in Presque Isle during the month of July 2010.
Cameelah M. Abdallah, 23, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), $200 fine (each); theft by receiving stolen property, $200 fine and $200 restitution and possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
Damian Argraves, 19, Mapleton: criminal trespass (two counts), dismissed (first), $500 fine (second); criminal mischief (two counts), $250 fine and $300 restitution (first) and $250 fine and $120 restitution (second).
Adam Austin, 30, Presque Isle: operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension; carrying concealed weapon, $200 fine and five days in jail; violating condition of release (two counts), five days in jail (each); theft of lost, mislaid or misdelivered property, five days in jail; permitting unlawful use, 48 hours in jail and possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
Dustin D. Badger, 18, Presque Isle: violating condition of release (two counts), five days in jail (first), dismissed (second); assault, $300 fine and five days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, five days in jail; escape (two counts), dismissed (first), five days in jail (second); burglary of a motor vehicle, 30 days in jail and minor possessing liquor (two counts), $200 fine (each).
Michael R. Bancroft, Jr., 19, Fort Fairfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Tina Barts, 29, Presque Isle: false public alarm or report, dismissed.
Johnny J. Bellamy, 39, Van Buren: theft of lost, mislaid or misdelivered property, file $100 costs.
Parker Brown, 20, Mapleton: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension; criminal trespass and violating condition of release, filed on $50 costs (each) and possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
Dylan K. Bucklin, 19, Presque Isle: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
Gaylon F. Campbell, 62, Masardis: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
Joel Clark, 54, Presque Isle: assault, nine months in jail and violating condition of release, three months in jail.
Michael L. Clark, 42, Mapleton: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
Jason Cocheran, 32, Blaine: unlawful use of bait in artificial lure only water, $100 fine.
Amber Cote, 21, Fort Fairfield: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
Troy Coty, 32, Mapleton: operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.
Christi Currier, 41, Presque Isle: operating vehicle without license, cond/restriction, $150 fine and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine, seven days in jail.
Stephen D. Davenport, Jr., 22, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 50 hours’ community service.
Derek B. Demerchant, 23, Presque Isle: false public alarm or report, 60 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail and violating condition of release (two counts), 30 days in jail (each).
