Budreau surprised with recent party

EASTON NEWS

by Debbie Smith

Stephanie Budreau was surprised on her birthday with a party at Winnie’s Dairy Bar. Several family members and friends were there. Those in attendance were: Bud and Sally Budreau; Debbie Smith; Regina Craig; Jennifer Morin and children Isabelle and Cecilia and her friend Scott and son; Dan and Kathy Hotham; Steve, Luke and of course, Stephanie Budreau; Elaine Hotham; Dorothy Craig; Chris Craig and his girls, Sarah and Sidney.

A beautiful cake was made by Kathy Hotham and enjoyed by all. Stephanie had a milestone birthday, but we won’t say which one. I will let you in on a secret it was between 40 and 60.

Happy Days Seniors

The Senior Citizens’ Happy Days Club in Easton will be meeting on Sept. 9 at 11 a.m. at the manor rec room. This will be a potluck dinner and will begin at 11:30 a.m. All senior citizens are invited to attend and encouraged to do so.
The speaker for the day will be Kevin Pelletier. Kevin has a lot of information and knowledge on the situation in Haiti. Kevin has helped find shelter and food for the people in Haiti who have lost all their personal belongings in earthquakes. This should be a very interesting topic. Hope to see all of you senior citizens there.
