    PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard in the District Court in Presque Isle during the month of June 2010.

    Jay David Jackson, 29, Mapleton: operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Raymond M. James, 25, Fort Fairfield: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
    Narayana D. Johnson, 19, Mars Hill: furnishing liquor to a minor, $1,000 fine and 48 hours in jail; and endangering the welfare of a child, $500 fine and 48 hours in jail.
    Reggie Keiser, 37, Fort Fairfield: fishing without valid license, dismissed.
    Robert R. Kilcollins, 24, Fort Fairfield: failing to register vehicle, $100 fine.
    Jamie L. Lachance, 21, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $250 fine; attaching false plates, $200 fine; and operating while license suspended or revoked, not guilty.
    John M. Lagasse, 25, Perham: permitting unlawful use, $250 fine; operating after habitual offender revocation (two counts), not guilty (first) and $500 fine and 30 days in jail (second).
    Wallace R. Lagasse, 77, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Nicholas Leavitt, 18, Mapleton: operating while license suspended or revoked (three counts), $250 fine (first), dismissed (second), $500 fine (third); and possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
    Christopher M. Lezotte, 19, Houlton: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
    Jessica Long, 30, Ashland: possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
    Jonathan Lopez, 24, Caribou: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine and failing to use ATV lights, dismissed.
    Timothy G. Lynds, 46, Fort Kent: possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
