Committals

    GRASS – Clifford & Maida Grass, of Mars Hill, who passed away November 24, 2009, and June 29, 2010, respectfully, will be having graveside services at 10 a.m. Saturday, August 7, at the Pierce Cemetery in Mars Hill, with Pastor Lawrence Beals officiating. A reception for the family will follow at the Fort Street School in Mars Hill. Arrangemetns are in the care of Duncan Funeral  Home in Mars Hill.
    SCRIBNER – A committal service for Franklin B. Scribner, who died December 31, 2009, will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, August 7, 2010, at Fairmount Cemetery, Presque Isle.
