Aroostook’s longtime ambassador

To the editor:
    I was out for a casual bike ride about town one recent morning and happened to see and say “Hi” to Voscar. 

    A thought came as I rode home and I cannot help but to ask the question. For all the millions of dollars that have been generated from all the governmental and non-profit sources to bolster the recognition of how appealing Aroostook County is to live and work in, has not Voscar’s worldwide distribution of photos of Aroostook, over the past 50-plus years, accomplished as much or more?
