HOULTON, Maine — A cool evening provided the perfect backdrop for a spectacular 20-minute fireworks display to cap off the final night of the four-day Houlton Agricultural fair. Thousands filled Houlton Community Park, while many more gathered outside to watch the pyrotechnic display.
