PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard in the District Court in Presque Isle during the month of April 2010.
Dustin C. Sutton, 22, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $250 fine and possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
Jerry A. Swimm, 39, Houlton: refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force and domestic violence assault, 45 days in jail (each) and $300 fine (second); violating condition of release, 45 days in jail; domestic violence assault and assault, 45 days in jail (each) and $300 fine (each).
Sterling Tarbox, 45, Presque Isle: failing to comply with sex offender registration act, 1st offense, $500 fine.
Trevor M. Tompkins, 22, Ashland: criminal trespass, 10 days in jail; assault, dismissed and violating condition of release, 54 days in jail.
