National Guard promotes two
AUGUSTA — Major General John W. Libby, The Adjutant General, Maine National Guard, has announced the promotion to the rank specified below for the following Maine Army National Guard Soldiers:
• Lewis Boyce, PFC, of Bridgewater, Co . B, 3/172d Infantry (Mtn); and
• Randy Thibeault, PFC, of Frenchville, 488th Military Police Company.
The soldiers were promoted in April 2010.
